If you are still getting sent to the old server, login to http://www.tigervent.net/siw instead.  It will take you to this same site, and will work properly.  Tigervent.com should work for you in a few weeks, as it is likely that you have a server at work that just hasn't updated to point you to the new location.  If you're having problems with this, feel free to e-mail me at admin@tigervent.com and I'll try to help.  Thanks!
